Adult Education

Temple Anshe Amunim is pleased to announce that beginning the week of Monday, November 5, three weekly programs will be offered as part of the Temple’s Adult Education series.

On Tuesdays from noon to 1 PM, an introductory "Lunch and Learn" Hebrew course will be offered for those with little to no Hebrew background.  Participants are welcome to bring a bag lunch to enjoy during the session.

On Wednesdays from 7-8:30 PM, "Introduction to Judaism" will be geared towards prospective converts and those who have a hunger to learn more about the essentials of the Jewish faith.

On Thursdays from noon to 1 PM, an adult b'nai mitzvah class will be offered for those who have not experienced this important life-cycle event.

Each of these programs is free of charge for Anshe Amunim members and $50 per course for non-members.

The Temple’s Adult Education program will be taught by Esther Benari-Altmann, who also directs the youth religious education program.

For more information on these programs, call Esther Benari-Altmann at (413) 442-5910 Ext. 12, e-mail her at taaschool@gmail.com, or log onto http://ansheamunim.org/education.
